PantyHub is intended only for adults. Anyone under 18 may not use the platform.
PantyHub operates a creator-led marketplace. Listings, availability, and seller conduct may change without notice. We may suspend, remove, or limit listings or accounts at any time.
All sales are final and no returns are offered. Prices, listing details, and availability may change. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and by placing an order you authorize charges to your selected payment method and agree to pay applicable taxes and fees.

You may not scrape the service, collect user data without permission, interfere with the platform, or use the service in violation of law.
The service and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PantyHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of the service.
Except where otherwise required by law, disputes related to the service will be handled under Nevada law and in Nevada courts, subject to any arbitration terms you adopt.
